JOB SUMMARY:

The Regional Controlling Manager is responsible for overseeing all controlling and treasury functions across the Group, ensuring high-quality financial reporting, effective budgeting, and optimal cash management. This role includes leading a team of controlling and treasury professionals, driving business performance through financial insights, and supporting management in strategic decision-making.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead and manage the Group’s controlling and treasury teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the budget process and budget review cycle for the Group.
• Prepare, monitor, and analyze monthly financial and management reports, including P&L statements and cash flow reports.
• Develop, lead, and control business unit functional budgets and forecasts in direct collaboration with BU and functional management.
• Add value to the business by providing insightful reporting, constructive challenge, and advisory support based on financial and economic analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to regulators and manage the overall internal reporting process.
• Supervise the Group’s treasury operations, ensuring efficient liquidity management and risk control.
• Manage complex projects within and across functional areas, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Partner with internal BU management, divisional leadership, headquarters, and external stakeholders to identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives and process improvements.
• Guide financial decision-making by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Achieve budget objectives by tracking expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions where necessary.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and fulfill management requests as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• • 5+ years of progressive financial management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
  • Proven experience in controlling, financial management, and treasury, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
