For another year in a row, the Sport Time team in several cities across Bulgaria joined the “Let’s Clean Bulgaria Together” initiative, which takes place every year on September 20 as part of the global World Cleanup Day campaign.

Our colleagues from Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, and Burgas collected over 200 kg of waste and cleaned and refreshed two children’s playgrounds.

Let’s Clean Bulgaria Together” is one of the largest and most effective volunteer initiatives with environmental care. It is also one of the most emblematic campaigns of bTV Media Group. Traditionally, the initiative unites hundreds of thousands of volunteers, companies and organizations from all over the country in the name of a common cause – a cleaner Bulgaria.

Over the past years, “Let’s Clean Bulgaria Together” has managed to build lasting public sensitivity to topics related to the protection of the natural environment. Over 3,400,000 volunteers have participated in the annual editions of the campaign to date, with the results of their efforts being felt not only in the cleaner environment, but also in people’s attitudes.

“Let’s Clean Up Bulgaria Together” supports the cause of Let’s Do It World – a global movement that unites millions of people around the world in the name of a cleaner planet.
