Under the theme “This Family Isn’t for Everyone,” we organized the first-ever Retail Summit in Serbia, bringing together our Retail Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and In-Store Trainers for two inspiring days in Vrnjačka Banja.

The summit combined leadership workshops, knowledge sharing, sports activities, and team-building challenges, creating an opportunity for our retail leaders to connect, learn from one another, and strengthen the relationships that drive our business forward.

Beyond the sessions and activities, what made the event truly special was the energy, collaboration, and passion shared by everyone who took part. Seeing our people support one another, exchange ideas, and grow together reminds us that our greatest strength has always been our team.

This was just the beginning, and we’re already looking forward to the next Retail Summit.
